Looking For Cofounders and a $B Exit

Hey everyone -
I'm looking ambitious cofounders (one or two) to share in my dream of creating a successful high growth tech company.

I'm a 27 year old American software engineer and former Associate at a Venture Capital firm. My strength and experience is in engineering and product strategy, and my time in VC gave me a strong understanding about what makes software startups successful and what doesn't.

For me, cofounder must-have soft skills are:
(1) You're ambitious, disciplined, love the work and want to be in it for the long hall. No flakes, got to have a do whatever it takes mentality.
(2) You're an EXCELLENT communicator and highly conscientious. You're not afraid of conflict and don't take things personally.
(3) You want go big, achieve scale, and do it with style :)
(4) You're a good person.

What I'm looking for in terms of hard skills:
I would actually love to partner with another CTO type highly skilled software engineer as well as a really talented UI/UX designer. I would like to focus on business development, financing, and strategy/product-market-fit, while also augmenting the engineering effort with my skills. However, if you're hungry and feel like you have the above soft skills I'm always open to a conversation.

I have a million ideas, but right now, I'm looking for people who share the same vision and want to partner up.
