Looking for collaborator

Hello, I hope you are doing well.

My name is Daniel, and I am a senior software developer based in Hong Kong. I work with a small team of developers who specialize in building web, mobile, and AI-based products. Most of our previous clients have been based in Asia and Europe.

Recently, we have been looking to expand into the U.S. market, but we have faced some challenges securing clients due to factors such as time zone differences and language barriers. Because of this, we are looking for a person based in the United States who may be interested in collaborating with us.

In this collaboration, your role would focus on communicating with clients and helping secure projects, while our team handles the technical development.

If you are interested, we would be happy to schedule a meeting to discuss this collaboration in more detail.

Best regards,
Daniel

Hi Daniel, it’s great to meet a fellow developer. Building a team in Hong Kong while targeting the U.S. and Europe is a bold move, but I totally understand the "trust gap" that comes with time zones and language.

I’m a solo dev building PRIZM, and I’ve been thinking about your challenge from a slightly different angle. In the U.S. market, clients don't just buy "code"—they buy "Financial Certainty." They want to know that the AI or web product you build will actually improve their Annualized P&L, not just look good on a screen.

I’ve built a logic engine that converts growth/dev metrics into a 12-month net profit impact. I launched on PH last week (2 upvotes—it's a tough market!) because I realized most founders are scared to see the "Red Numbers" of their own projects.

If you’re looking to secure U.S. clients, showing them a "Financial Autopsy" of their current problems before you start coding could be a massive differentiator. It proves you understand their bottom line, not just their back-end.

I’m not in the U.S. (I'm building from Korea), but I’d love to hear if you think adding a "Financial Layer" to your pitches could help bridge that language/trust barrier you mentioned. My profile has the logic if you want to check it out!

Finding a co-founder on Indie Hackers can be a bit of a marathon, but it's definitely the right place to look. If you haven't already, you might want to share a bit more about what the day-to-day workflow would look like. People here usually jump at the chance if they can see a clear path from 'idea' to 'launch'!

Hello Daniel I am interested. How can I contact you?

Hi Daniel — I’m based in New York with experience in tech sales and client acquisition.

I can help you not just get conversations, but actually close U.S. clients while your team focuses on building.

Happy to collaborate if it makes sense.

    Hello Daniel,

Thank you for sharing this — I understand the challenge of expanding into the U.S. market, especially with time zone and communication barriers.

I want to be transparent upfront: I’m not based in the U.S., but I’ve been working with international clients and focusing specifically on client acquisition and outreach.

Recently, I built a system that identifies businesses that don’t have websites and extracts their contact details (including phone numbers). This allows us to directly reach out to high-potential clients instead of relying only on platforms or inbound leads.

I believe this can strongly support your goal of entering the U.S. market:
    • Consistent lead generation
    • Direct outreach to businesses that clearly need your services
    • A scalable pipeline instead of one-off projects

I’d be happy to show you how the system works and discuss how we can combine it with your development team to create a steady flow of projects.

If you're open to collaborating with someone outside the U.S. who can actively generate and close leads, I’d be glad to connect.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Best regards,
    Najam

Sounds interesting I’m an app tester and I work with early-stage products, helping founders identify usability issues, onboarding friction, and bugs. If you’re open to it, I’d be happy to collaborate from a testing and feedback perspective
