Hi IndieHackers! đź‘‹
I’m currently working on creating a cryptocurrency software startup with the long-term goal of launching a secure Centralized Exchange (CEX).
Before we can get there, we need to establish a legitimate company and corporate bank accounts in the EU (e.g., Estonia or Lithuania) to operate in a compliant way.
💡 What’s already ready:
Funding: We have sufficient capital to cover company formation and initial operational expenses.
Technology: The full source code for the CEX project is already prepared, so we are ready to move quickly once the company is established.
Right now, I’m looking for collaborators or partners who are interested in:
Company formation & compliance (incorporation, regulatory requirements)
Financial setup (corporate banking, payment infrastructure)
Future technical roles (once we move to CEX development: matching engine, custody, API)
Business strategy (legal strategy, partnerships, market approach)
My vision is to build a transparent, safe, and fully compliant crypto exchange serving users globally — but the first step is to build a strong legal and operational foundation.
If you’re in EU area or available to collaborate remotely, and want to work on building the next generation of crypto infrastructure from the ground up, I’d love to connect.
Comment below or send me a DM — let’s talk about how we can make this happen! 🚀
Hi, Jack, nice to meet you, Are you from EU? I am curious why EU area business entity is required and not other country?
Hi, cplusplus. I picked the EU — specifically Estonia — because their e-Residency program makes it super easy and affordable to set up and manage a company 100% online as a non-resident. And I thought that the setup cost and yearly maintenance fees are much lower than other countries. That's all.
