Looking for commercial/marketing co-founder podcast platform!

Hey I am Klaas from Amsterdam, the Netherlands!

For the past year I have been working on https://reason.fm a AIO podcast platform, we went trough Techstars London and are growing rapidly, 200,000 streams/downloads in the first month of launch with 140 podcasters on the platform and 25,000 total users

But it's time to really start growing the platform so I am looking for a commercial/marketing co-founder to join us!

Ideally based in Europe, experience with advertising and sales and a passion for podcasting!
