Looking for CTO for post MVP product to prove, improve, raise and grow.

Product a platform for 360 degree live stream. We make it easy to start and monetise a 360 degree live stream.

Problem there currently is no way to easily start, chat with viewers and monetise 360 degree live stream from one place.

Target audience creators and brands willing to build, authentic and unedited content that results in stronger relationships.

Use cases guided tours(especially now with corona), table top games (dungeon and dragons), podcasters with several attendees, one more experimental case (DM), there are more but currently not focusing on them.

Progress web and iOS in progress - 1 week eta. (React native, Ruby on Rails, node.js, firebase, swift)
Integrated camera sdk to support natively insta360 cameras for easier use(adding more later)
List of 300 streamers, onboarding 10 for experiments at lowers scale.
Building landing pages for them and pre-stream marketing to get 50-100 subscribers each. (Web flow /nocode)

Who and why I am looking for
A CTO/cofounder who could handle the current stack at least in support, we could rewrite it later. You love social and see that the current media is a dumpshit.
Experience with live streaming(wowza) would be a plus.
You are product focused and love hacking things with duckt tape and glue to make it work. Have bias for action, while also striving for perfection(I know it’s contradicting, but we are in some way:))
Happy in fast paced, uncertain environment. consumer apps require us to have short release cycles(1-2 week) with minimal information.
Preferably in Western Europe or US.
Preferably full-time or close to full time for 3-5 months, before collecting enough evidence for fundraising.
50/50 arrangement with no pay. 4/1 vesting.
Although the platform is built, I cannot oversee dev, improvement and opportunities. Also raising as solo non tech would be a red flag.

31 y/o Startup founder, product and growth manager with 8 years exp. got one project aquihired and consulted small and medium(series A) startups/ecom to help them grow.
Worked with both b2b and b2c and prefer b2c with to faster feedback loops, high frequency of usage and shorter release cycles.
I am located in Barcelona, but happy to move if we raise, before that remote works, with occasional travels to each other(you can stay with me for as long as you want). I have quit social media(insta/twtr/snap etc exc some Redditing) for 4 years, and have a first principal approach to building this.
I want to build company on trust, transparency and speed. I am open but mostly introverted and the only thing I strive for is speed. ‘You can win a grand master if making 2 moves at a time’
I love running and spending time with my 4 y/o daughter who obviously thinks she is princess or a kitten.
