Looking for CTO to join as 3rd co-founder!

Hello Indie Hackers community! My name is Adam I am looking for a CTO to join as a founding partner for a software business my partner and I are building.

To give some background, I have worked in finance for the past 4 years and my partner is a software engineer who has spent the past 2 years at a soon-to-be real-estate unicorn tech company, and the 2 years prior to that at a large enterprise software company. We are looking for someone who has experience building, deploying, and maintaining web applications to join as the third and final member of our founding team. You will be responsible for choosing a tech stack and using it to build a world-class enterprise workflow platform along with a team of engineers that we will hire together.

Through our respective connections in the VC & tech worlds, we already have several options lined up for seed funding (nothing written in stone, but very promising leads). All we need is the right CTO who can help us turn this idea into a reality. Happy to share more details to those who fit the description, but we are going after an underserved and network-rich industry. The road will be hard and filled with technical challenges, so we require someone who is motivated by solving difficult problems, relentless in his/her work, and dedicated to building something that will take years to perfect but can surely become the dominant platform in a $20B+ industry. We see a path to profitable growth that is not reliant on selling products to adjacent nodes in the target industry, but if we execute on the larger picture at hand, I am confident this idea can take us on a 10+ year journey ending with a true sense of accomplishment (and not to mention a pretty penny).
