Looking for Dev / Bubble io expert for a webapp

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for someone who can help me building a learning language app with Bubble.io or with something different, perhaps native code. The concept is very simple, there's not at all lots of work to do. Furthermore, the only thing to make this concept real is the technical aspect, apart this I have everything.
