Looking for developer/cofounder for Github App

Hey all! I'm looking to build a Github app that browses through previous issues and the docs when someone creates a new issue. The app will scan for related issues, docs and code snippets, and then return those to the person who created the new issue.

This could help filter out issues that are repeated, and help developers stay focused on new, more important issues.

I'm looking for someone to partner up with for the development and marketing of this product. Preferably someone with AI experience, but I'd love for you to shoot me an email anyway.
