Looking for Developer To Pair With

I want to create a trainer that helps listen for ums and uhs in peoples speech and then help them eliminate them by training them, as well as providing a report on daily um and uh counts and prevalence. Thinking it could be a chrome extension or something. Curious if anyone is interested in pairing.
