Looking for developers working with messaging channels (email, push, SMS, Messenger, etc)

I'm looking for developers who code and manage sites that send and receive messages from at least 2+ channels. Example: email and SMS. SMS and Messenger. Slack and pushes. Push and emails. (You got it.)

We've built in-house system to manage our messaging needs across multiple channels (Sendgrid for email, Twillio for SMS, Firebase for push, FB Messenger) with 30K+ userbase and considering productizing it.

I would really appreciate your feedback sharing pain points and challenges (or lack thereof!).
