Looking for an ecommerce operator to relaunch a previously successful Shopify store

A few years ago I acquired a Shopify store in the bedding/home decor niche (Bednom). It generated ~$130K in sales across ~570 orders (~$230 AOV) before stalling due to a failed operator partnership.

I still have:

Full Shopify store access
Customer list + order history
Domain (recently reacquired)

I’m not looking to run this myself—I’m looking for the right operator to relaunch it with.

Structure:

You handle product, store, and marketing
I provide the asset + data
Profit share (no upfront salary)

I’m specifically looking to rebuild this as a focused brand (not generic dropshipping).

      That said, I’m specifically looking for someone who wants to take a more hands-on operator role across the full relaunch (product, store, marketing), not just CRO/marketing in isolation.

      The previous issue was mainly a breakdown on the operator side — the person who was supposed to run things became unresponsive, which is why I’m being more intentional about structure this time.
