Looking for: engineering managers who spend a lot of time on project management
Hi! I'm building a product that completes basic project management tasks for companies that can not afford to hire a full-time project manager.
To validate this idea, I'd love to talk to anyone that has the following workflow:
- Uses Jira to track tickets and development details
- Uses google sheets or no software to plan out their roadmap or track progress
- Has not hired a project or program manager yet
- Deadlines are important (e.g. is building products for other businesses)
- Is either an Engineering or Product Manager who has taken on project management duties

I'm not currently facing this problem because I'm fortunate to have resources and a great team with my current role. However, the idea sounds like it has potential.
