I have a start-up in transport I have been growing the past year, we are now $1.5m revenue run rate and are cash flow positive with funding on the way but still at MVP stage. We are transforming the $50bn a year commercial trucking industry with technology, huge opportunity as the industry is archaic!
Naturally the business model is very tech-centric and we are looking to ramp up what we offer our customers by bringing on an epic tech co-founder! Based in Sydney Australia but open to non-local if they are the right person. If you fit the bill or know of anyone, comment, tag or share!

Tip - specify the tech stack, and the tech needs, it will help you find the right candidate
With no intended disrespect, I believe this is terrible advice for two reasons:
Concur with point 1, I do not have the knowledge or experience to suggest any tech stack, would need to be chosen by mr or mrs epic tech co-founder, I want to rebuild what we have so they will have a clean slate and be 100% comfortable with whatever they decide to go with.
I don't think specifying the current tech stack/situation is the equivalent to saying, "We only want someone competent in this one stack, who doesn't have experience with other stacks, and you won't be allowed to change things once you join up."
As a developer, I always enjoyed knowing what kind of situation I was getting into before I decided to take a contract.
This question is about a cofounder. A non-technical CEO specifying a tech stack to a CTO is generally a red flag IMO. YMMV.
What does your company actually make?
We are a commercial transport company (semi trailers etc) that provides a marketplace for our driver's empty trucks and market leading technology for our customers to give them total transparency and minimise their transport overheads
I'm imagining a workflow where an IndieHacker buys a dozen pallets of widgets off of Alibaba, finds a truck on the coast that takes a good route and that has room, and then reserves both the spot on the truck and the pickup of the pallets, followed by uber-like tracking of truck location in some dashboard?
BTW, its tricky to find you on Google:

Hi there, would love to talk - I'm CTO at a startup with significant traction in the smart city space and I'm looking for a side project to work on. Would love to talk!
Hi,
If still, looking for, Kindly do ping back to me on email.
Thanks.
This is an old post but if you are still looking.
I am the CTO of the leading equity crowdfunding platform in Australia looking for the next opportunity to be part of an exciting business. After 3 years of working here I need a new challenge and yours seems to be the perfect fit. If you interested please message me.
Hi, you may want to post your request here - https://www.indiehackers.com/post/e7662f3679
Thanks!
What compensation or equity split are you considering? A decent full-stacker needs a fair bit of motivation to drop everything and refactor a codebase for all edge cases between multiple real-time and archaic systems.
Depends on the co-founder. THey will not need to "refactor a codebase for all edge cases between multiple real-time and archaic systems." we provide a transport management system the clients can use for their own operations as the vast majority have to systems related to transport
Hey FreightX
I think there are some interesting challenges in Logistics that still need solving. Shoot me an email, it's on my profile :)
