Looking for experienced React Native developer to become co-founder of existing iOS/Android App

Hey Indie Hackers!

I am looking to bring on a co-founder for my existing iOS/Android app, Earthjoy. The app is in the mental health space and is B2C.

In a nutshell, Earthjoy is a self-care journal and mood tracker that also partners with top environmental charities to help the earth. Today, users can receive prompts to help them discover things they are grateful for, help remind themselves to practice self care and also be proud of themselves.

Keeping a gratitude journal has been proven over multiple studies to reduce anxiety, help people sleep better and feel more positive. The problem is that people fall back into old habits and generally the practice falls by the wayside.

So, we aimed to break this cycle by building an accountability system in the app where a user commits to donating a specified amount to one of four top environmental charities on days they forget to journal. This way they're either doing something that will make them happy or giving to a beneficial cause, so they should always have something to feel good about.

The app is monetized through subscriptions where a user can upgrade to a Pro account and receive features including journal entries kept forever (instead of 30 days for free users), donation receipts for tax deductions, reminders of past times they were happy, analytics on moods and the activities that cause them, passcode access and more.

Up until this point I have been leading the product and UX/UI efforts but have had an outside developer code the app with React Native built on top of NodeJS and AWS. While the developer to date has done an ok job, his work has not been timely and I would prefer to work with someone who can be a bit more agile.

I have the specs for V2 of the app which will include guided meditations, breathing exercises and other relaxing techniques, via a content partner that I've partnered with, but I'd like to instead work with a co-founder and equity partner to make these updates and bring the updated product to market.

The app has about 200 users with virtually no promotion, but I am started conversations with some PR and marketing professionals who have helped me craft a launch plan and marketing campaigns.
