Currently in a seed round of funding that will make the company well-capitalized. Looking to have identified a CTO/Lead Software Engineer who is going to be responsible for the technical aspects of the company and who is trusted to build/manage the technical team prior to securing funding.

I've developed a similar application (web/android) [as a side project], did a lot of improvements over the time. But couldn't take it to masses due to lack of design/sales/marketing .
