Really interesting project.
A question that I felt remained unanswered after spending time on your website is what stage the SaaS needs to be at in order to qualify for finance, and also what happens if the SaaS doesn't end up signing on enough users to cover the repayment.

Thank you for your feedback! We'll make changes to clarify that. We encourage all SaaS businesses to apply to see if they qualify for finance. We are able to serve all SaaS businesses that have revenue.
The repayment is set as a % of future revenues. So if there are not enough revenues to repay, you don't repay. This is designed to be more flexible and adjust the repayment amount depending on the amount of revenue generated by the SaaS business.
