Looking for feedback about an idea: Aligning project expectations among stakeholders

I would like to have your feedback about an idea to align project expectations among multiple stakeholders: A Google Docs-like document where you can add your comments in multiple formats - short text, rich text, audio, video, Loom, Figma, Google Drive, and many more.

I came across the problem several times while I was outsourcing to multiple contractors for a project. I find difficult to keep track of all the conversations I have with each individual contractor, their suggestions to the project, and the changes we agreed to make. Often times it's just me digging through our emails, chat history, Google Drive, Loom videos, and more to update that one Google Docs document we use as source of truth.

We need this source of truth to make sure everyone involved is aligned with the project expectations, but I wish there is an easier way to consolidate all the comments from different channels. Does anyone here share the same frustration?
