This site is GORGEOUS! Overall the colors, font choice, all of that, excellent! And I have lots of ideas for that API for some automations I'm excited to try in the near future!

Off the top of my head:

    • I'd arrange the features to prioritize the ones you've heard the most about from customers (if they're not already)
    • And make some marketing changes for clearer CTA's and better conversion
    • Add a short founder story to bring some humanity to the page - it's pretty and very logical, but lacks personality and an emotional pull

Made a MarkUp doc of some more marketing/minor design changes for you!

Some great feedback here already! I noticed one more minor bug on mobile: the logo in the top nav needs more space to the left.

I'm on the lookout for a privacy-friendly analytics suite, and will definitely check this out!

The pages look slick and approachable. A few minor comments:

    • On a desktop, the dashboard screenshot is really asking us to interact with it, but the interaction fails. Add a visual cue that it's only a screenshot, and/or open the live demo when a visitor clicks on the screenshot.
    • Pricing FAQ: "calculated from the visitors IP address" - needs an apostrophe.
    • Assuming there are no compliance issues with California's CCPA, consider mentioning it alongside the GDPR.
    • Perhaps a bit too much vertical blank space between sections in desktop mode.

Thanks, Ron! Great points, I went ahead and added the clickable live demo.

Mobile site is beautifully designed, pros and cons below:

    Pros:

    • The visual design and colour scheme of the site matches the in-product scheme (consistency)
    • The reinforced credibility (reviews) above the fold, provide the user with option of continuing to scroll

    Cons:

    • The defined justification of why I’m choosing Pirsch vs competitors
    • Value props appear to be tucked away
    • Would love to see more feature highlights on the landing page that support value props, these can be visual product close-ups - detailing Pirsch’s unique selling points. Beneficial for quick decision making and increases discoverability.

A bit towards the UX side of things. Why is the user being asked to go to the email and click a button just to set up a password? Why not replace that entire step with a magic link? Atleast that way, the user just has to click the email CTA and you have the user and the account verified.

    One less step!
