is meant for teams to talk about themselves and for candidates to get to know teams before they interview/join
I would love any feedback, and feel free to make a profile for your team and give to your candidates. We're obviously still in Alpha and things are subject to change.
As a friend said, "this is what Glassdoor should have done". And we are trying to make it that way.
If there are any designers/front-end oriented engineers interested in working together, I would love to talk. We are very experienced backend/data/machine-learning engineers and data scientists and I'm certain we can teach each other a lot and complement quite well.

hey Yang wang,
I find interesting the use of sliders to answer questions, not a typical approach but personally I believe it's even more insightful than entry fields and open questions.
I'm not clear on the logic of the team creation, do questions are answered by all team members or only one person creates the team profile and the rest join. if each one answers the same questions for the team it will be very interesting to see how perceptions vary. even though questions are very specific there will always be nuances.
apart from creating teams "work structures" profiles you should also think of ways of leveraging that info, I mean ideally you will have many teams and you will be able to create a profile of how they work, if you could match that with some sort of efficiency or goal list you could draw conclusions about what work structures work best for what cases ( which could be a gold mine for recruiters or scaling teams)
what you are missing ( but I guess you plan to implement ahead) is the actual place ( forum, chat, etc) where teams could showcase its work ( thats the core of community building, we humans like to brag and talk about things that we master)
I´m a ux designer , if you need any help or tips contact me
