Looking for Feedback: Codoh Cab (MVP) — Lightweight Change Management System

Hey everyone 👋

Codoh Cab is a lightweight Change Management System tailored for small teams and startups seeking structured change approval—without the complexity of enterprise-grade solutions.

Built with PHP ,MySQL and Bootstrap 5, Codoh Cab comes with installer scripts that might give users a bit of a headache (and maybe drain a little life energy along the way). But if you’d rather skip the installation process, we’ve prepared a test link so you can try it out instantly.

Before moving on to the next product, I’d love your honest feedback—whether you installed it yourself or explored the test link we’ve provided.

    I tried the demo version
    Found two small things:

The graph panel moves around when the left menu panel opens/closes, so the layout jumps.

Clicking the logo only adds a # to the URL (no navigation action).
Not major, just something I noticed while exploring :)

Thank you very much for taking the time to try the demo and share your feedback. I truly appreciate it.

These are very valuable observations, and I will take them back and improve the product accordingly to provide a smoother user experience.

Thank you again for your support and helpful feedback.🙏

Love the focus on small teams - there's definitely a gap between spreadsheets and enterprise tools. The UI looks clean and approachable. One small thing: consider adding a quick visual status indicator (like a color-coded badge) on the dashboard so teams can spot urgent/blocked changes at a glance.

Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! 🙏
That’s an excellent suggestion — we really appreciate the insight.

A quick visual status indicator like a color-coded badge is a great idea to help teams instantly identify urgent or blocked changes.
We’ll definitely add this to our roadmap backlog for the next version.

Your feedback means a lot and truly helps us improve Codoh Cab in the right direction. 💡

Interface looks good. I have not worked in CAB. So I may be wrong, but have these questions.

    Shouldnt it be Codoh CAB?
In case a request needs approval from multiple people(assuming. Is that an expexted scenario?) , does this have option for that?

Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback! 🙏

You’re absolutely right — the correct term is CAB (Change Advisory Board).
In our case, we intentionally use “Codoh Cab” as a small naming gimmick to make it feel more approachable and lightweight — just like the product’s concept.

As for your second question, the current version doesn’t yet support multiple approvers in a single change request. However, it’s already in our backlog and planned for the next version update.

Really appreciate your insight — feedback like this helps us shape the roadmap in the right direction. 🚀
