Hey Rick. Here's a few things: your website is not responsive, looks a bit weird, but if your users have the stated problem, that shouldn't bother them. I've a thought how to make it better with more information. I’ll be more than happy to give you my detailed thoughts.

@TidBeats thanks for the feedback! I'm surprised that you couldn't see the sample report. It should trigger a download after you open the page. Could you let me know what browser and client you were using? Thanks!
I was using Chrome browser in Mac. I tried again and it downloaded for me in both Safari and Chrome browsers. Interesting methodology, learnt something new today.
