Looking for feedback for my new SaaS that isn't converting

I've built Uini.io over the past 2 months from scratch - it's a user research and feedback product I built when I realised how hard it was to really understand if your users liked what you were shipping and if the features were solving their needs. I also built a lot of products and it can be tedious to validate them manually.

I built a little tool that solved my problem using AI so I turned it into a product.

It's pretty simple, you sign up, you tell Uini about your site or product, then you can create "Problems" you want to solve for that site. The AI will generate questions to ask your audience about the problem you've described, then allow you to choose where you want your survey to appear on your sites.

There's a tiny widget you install once, copy and paste install, and your widget will begin to appear and interview your users. The AI also asks follow up questions so if someone says the price is too high, it might ask what sort of price they'd be willing to pay. If someone says the landing page is confusing, it'll ask what specifically about it, drilling down into the insights.

All the answers get summarised for you in your dashboard so you can have real actionable insights into how to improve your product without having to go through each piece of feedback.

I've legitimately found it useful as someone building products. I've put it on all my sites and I've implemented design tweaks, landing page copy changes, improved accessibility by tweaking colours for contrast, and more. I'm actually improving my sites based on the things Uini is telling me to do so in my mind the product is validated.

The product is also 100% free to use until you want to upgrade to see more feedback or add mores sites.

The issue is, I'm struggling to get people to sign up for it - it's only been live for two weeks and I haven't plastered it all over Reddit/Hackernews/ProductHunt or anything yet, but I am tweeting about it so it is getting some traffic. But loads of people see the landing page, spend a few minutes on it and 99% don't click on register, and only 5% of the ones the do actually create an account.

So I'd like some feedback please.

Is the landing page bad? Does it not convey the value? Is the design awful? Does the AI not work well enough? Do people need to see more proof of it working?

I'd love any and all tips to help make this better.

I think you've got a copywriting issue, I think you need more clarity on what exactly your service does, I just skimmed your site briefly and all I got was that you're offering a Ai Widget that does a few different things. Ideally your visitor should be able to comprehend exactly what you do within a short time of visiting your site

I think that you should in the first headline, give a short sentence about EXACTLY WHAT your Widget does, not what to do with your widget, Something like " An Ai powered widget to do user research" or something like that. be sure to tie your websites copy to pain points and reasons that they would use your service.

I heard that the goal of great writing is to make others understand, and the goal of great copywriting is to make people feel understood

I hope this helps, also I don't know anything about this so take it with grains of salt
