Looking for feedback from Product Managers, Designers, and Founders

Over the last few months, I have been researching the pain points that Product Managers, Founders, and Designers face when articulating new problems to their team. Put another way I have been trying to discover what gets in the way of experienced software teams building the right thing.

I started working on something aimed to
"Increase the confidence that the problem is matched with the right scope"
but would love to know
a) How much of a problem is this for you today?
b) What solutions are you using to solve it right now?
c) Are there bigger more pressing problems for you than this one?
