Looking for feedback: Intercom bot that saves you time
Hi Indie Hackers, I'm creating a bot that uses AI to summarise past conversations when a new one is started. I'm mainly building it to scratch my own itch, but would love to speak to other people about this. Let me give some context.
When our customers message us, we often find that the context of previous conversations helps us respond to them well. The problem is it can be tedious to then go looking at past conversations. We thought "wouldn't it be nice if a brief note was added to new conversations with a summary of past conversations with the customer?" Maybe even with the most salient details like anything that needs to be followed up on. So that's what I'm building.
Even though I'm mainly building it to scratch my own itch, I think it would be helpful for many businesses that use Intercom. So I'm reaching out to get your feedback.
I'd especially love to hear from you if:

Even if you don't use Intercom for your business, I'd be interested to hear what you think of the idea and any suggestions you may have.
An Intercom chat bot seems like the best place to start because that's where we talk to our users and need context the most, but eventually I'd want this tool to be able to have context across all our services with user information such as email, analytics etc.
