Looking for feedback on jobs-uae.com

I am working on building a simple minimal job board to find your dream job in UAE.

My Objective here was to build and give job seekers a simple job board where they can see the different job opportunities that are available in UAE. Also, based on the research and looking at other portals, I noticed that location, company, Role is TOP priority for users, followed by salary, joining date, job description etc.

I'd love some feedback on my current landing page. All pros / cons would be greatly appreciated.

Hiii! I hope everything is okay 🎉
1. Put the "main searcher" elements (searcher, selects and button) one below another one and give them more height.
2. Make the text and icon of the Type of Jobs bigger
3. Put the cards white with a bit of box-shadow and remove that blue as background-color
4. Make the job title bolder and use a dark blue.
5- Give more space between the feed and the footer

I hope it gets better! I'm curious about how you improve the product!

  Putting them one below the other leaves too much free space on left-right. Also, each of them wider doesn't look good. I went through other websites too and seems this is the best way to keep searchers
  
  I have Increased them by a small percentage such that they look bigger and doesn't grab much attention too.

As a designer, I think a custom logo would help improve your brand identity. Also, I'm not a big fan of the rounded sans serif font for "Find Your Dream Job in UAE"; something sharper would give your platform a more professional feel. Also, maybe a stock photo instead of just a color gradient for the header?

  Though, I agree custom logo always helps and shows brand identity, I haven't really seen and also not able to visualize what kind of logos does job portals have. I mean, job portals usually have their names itself as the identity and that distinguishes them from others.
  
  For the font, I am using Nunito font, which I personally like and have seen it being used in other websites.
  
  This was bang-on, the hero image was certainly needed to do away the background gradient.

Hey @milanchheda! I'm not in UAE but I took a look at the landing page. I really like the simple layout of the page. Though the page gave me 503 error :( when I tried to use the filter bar.

Edit
I forgot to mention, there's a very strong optical illusion between the job card boxes if you scroll down fast, very distracting.

  Also, it doesn't matter if you inside UAE or not, as you can still apply for jobs, if you plan for few years or settle in any of the Emirate. 😊

    Essentially if you focus your eyes on the job cards, it looks like there's a black spot right in the middle.

      Got this fixed. Black and all shade of it, were giving the same perception/illusion and hence changed the design to white 😍
