Looking for feedback on my problem statement/landing page

I'm making my first foray into building a SaaS product "the right way" and am looking to get some feedback on my problem statement and initial landing page.

I've always been the type to write a bunch of code in the dark and then convince myself to scrap whatever I'm working on before it's seen the light of day... or worse, wind up building something that no one really wants.

This time around, though, I'm starting by validating my initial approach to the problem that I'm attempting to solve. It's a problem space that I've been interested in for several years, since I first used BugHerd... but every tool I've used since then has left me wanting more flexibility and utility.
