Looking for feedback on writing style

Hi IH,
For a while now I have a wine related blog,

I'm not sure how people react to the articles and content,
most people read about a 1.5 -2.2 pages, most people spend about a minute and leave.

To recap I'm not sure that the tone / writing style is the tuned,
btw - in term of UI I plan to re-design the blog visual.

all types of feedbacks are welcome.
