Looking for feedback; Text to Audio web app for voiceovers, etc.

I've created a little side project which can turn your text to human-like audio. It is instant and supports multiple languages and accents.

It's called Soundware. https://soundware.app

Some use cases are:

  • Ad voiceovers
  • Tutorials
  • Product intros
  • Audio Books
  • etc.

I'm looking for feedback from the community on:

  • Do you see yourself using it?
  • Is it reasonably priced?
  • Landing page and dashboard controls.
  • How can I make it better?

and thanks a lot!

Nice project, design, and sound/voice is better (less robotic) than many.

    • I don't see it using it commercially for ads or presentations (in my case), my needs would be to copy/paste article, text, white paper and listen it while doing something else
    • Price point is kind of bigger that I would pay, there is few free text-to-voice API's and code examples on github, also google have some api's for that with a lot of good man/woman voices. But non-coding people that just want to get the thing done are probably not looking at the price point since time saving and functionality are valuable for them.
    • I would add text-speech speed option, to increase/decrease voice speed for their needs.

Thanks a lot for taking the time to review and write.

      • Yeah, I also use it to listen to articles. Maybe I shoula create a browser extension to listen to articles.
      • I agree.
      • Speed option is already there in the controls.
