You're right the space is very competitive. Main thing to ask yourself is what separates you from the rest, what unique insight do you have.

I have been through this myself, and still working out how to explain it to customers.

Landing page wise some quick tips

• I recommend having landing page and the app on separate domains, use Netlify for free hosting.
• Change the navbar, have try now or get started for sign up to the right. Then have login as just test not a button.
• For the header image change it to a picture of the UI
• Maybe you're targeting non tech people, so might be wise to add a how it works.
• Features I would add screenshots, the icons are nice but screenshots would be much better.
• Remove next features, or add them to another page
• I would add an about company/me and why you built it and your history.
• Pricing would be nice
• FAQ
• Will need another call to action at the bottom
• Finally a small footer with terms and privacy policy.

Few quick questions,

• Where did you find them icons :)
• Did you look at buying templates or using a landing page builder?
• If so why didn't you?

This is what i feel after my first look ( please excuse me as i am not a people pleaser )-

1. There is no branding - you should have a brand image, decide colors, fonts and style of elements and keep it consistent throughout

Once you create a brand. your product could sell upto 20x more

2. The service and the image of the laptop( which you picked from vecteezy or free vectors site i assume) is irrelevant to what the service does.

3. Features icon arent really good. First do the branding and then you should modify the icons8 icons to match your theme

4. Do add more sections and content based on customers, maybe some UI screenshots
