What Do We Need a Flutter + Firebase Software Developer For?

Even though the founding team consists of hackers, we need someone to take over development so we can focus on other things. To start, the lead software developer will help program our production software. We've already launched our MVP, and have designed the user flow for our production software.

After this, our lead software developer may have the chance to lead the charge on virtual reality development. If our lead software developer is capable, he/she/it may be able to grow into the CTO role.

What's in it for you?

We're offering generous equity compensation, with the expectation that this person only need to work part-time (no need for full-time until we can provide you with a salary)! After raising or bootstrapping successfully, we will offer a salary (like 50-60k) but still with the expectation our people only need to work part-time. Until we can offer you the salary you deserve, we will not expect a full-time commitment!
