Looking for folks (who know folks) in the smart cities/ urban planning space for a tool I'm building

If anyone is interested, has expertise in, or knows people with who meet those two criteria, specifically in the urban planning/city planning/ smart cities space, I'm very keen to connect as I'm researching the tool I'm working on for city planners.
