Looking for former iCracked "employees"

Hi everyone !

A few years ago I met a guy in the US who worked for a company called iCracked (on-demand phone repair service). He was doing it as a side job when he had some time and I found it pretty cool (more convenient than many side jobs). I read that the company was sold 4 years ago and I can't find much information about how it worked (the pricing/diagnostic, the payment, the inventory...).

If one of you guys was a former iCracked staff member or even knows somebody who was, I'd love to ask you a few questions.
