Looking for Full Stack Web Apps Developer to Partner with (Must live in One of the Gulf Countries)

I have built a community-driven marketplace MVP for my +54k twitter community (restaurants space). There is some traction and I am now looking for a solid full stack web apps developer to take it to the next level (generate revenues and profit). You need to be living in one of the Gulf countries and welling to relocate to Saudi Arabia once we get serious funding offers. You must have great experience in building web apps that have real users. If you have worked in a tech startup before, this would be a huge plus.

You are clear about your needs, and you have tractions in the 54k twitter followers in a niche.
One piece of advice the PS - 'P.S. This could be a huge success from the feedback I got!' is not needed. Everyone thinks their idea could be huge. :) That is why you are working on it. So skip that part. But nice work otherwise!
