Looking for fullstack dev cofounder for $5K+/mo webapp

I currently have a growing, profitable ($5K+/mo) consumer webapp for day traders and I'm looking for a fullstack technical cofounder to scale it much bigger. I myself am a designer/developer but would like to transition to more of a marketing role. My goal is to reach $20K monthly profit within the next 6 months.

I’d like to work with someone who actually has enough hours and dedication to work on this seriously with me, treating it as a long-term startup rather than just a side project. Even better if you have some trading experience and knowledge of financial markets. I'm willing to give out significant cofounder-size equity.

What I’m looking for:

- Fullstack, agile development
    - Stack doesn’t matter as much, ideally you can pick up most languages/frameworks. Webapp is currently built on React/Node/Mongo.
    -  Frontend skills: Can translate designs into pixel-perfect UI

- Can dedicate 15-20 hours/week (and willing to go full-time eventually)
    - It’s fine if you still have a day job now, as long as you can commit enough hours

- Strong communication skills

Big pluses (but not necessary):
- Some trading experience
- AI/ML experience
- Some design sense
