Looking for "growth co-founder" for SaaS for teams

We're working on a voice messaging app for teams (currently in private beta) and looking for a growth co-founder to join us.
I've been a "product guy" for ~20 years and this is my third business (first was sold, second is another SaaS but b2c, successful and fully operational.) I partner up with growth-minded people for every business I launch.

I know this is not what you are looking for. But I thought to give it a shot to check if you are open to an alternative option until you get co-founder or in addition to it.
