Looking for Growth, Data, and AI collaborators

Hey Indie Hackers đź‘‹

We’re building PulseCore, part of the Synex AI Startup Factory - a small experimental group running 90-day build cycles focused on ROI-first AI tools.
Our base hubs are Dubai and Ibiza, but the work is fully remote and async-friendly.

We’re now assembling the first collaboration wave for our upcoming AI modules (codename: PulsePlay SAFE).

Currently looking for:

🧮 Data Ops & Compliance Analyst (part-time)
→ Unify ROI/CTR/D7 into one dashboard and ensure GDPR/COPPA readiness.
Tools: Sheets / SQL / GDPR basics.

🚀 Growth Hacker / Hype Strategist (freelance)
→ Run 3 micro-tests across TikTok & Telegram ($50 each), aiming for CTR ≥ 15%.
Hooks, creative testing, short-form focus.

🤖 AI Integrator / Data Engineer Lite (part-time)
→ Integrate AIL Scoring Hook + Feedback v2, wire data pipelines, async logic.
Python / APIs / ETL basics.

Each role comes with a clear scope, fixed short contract (7–10 days), and direct deliverables - no corporate fluff, just building fast and clean.

If you love rapid experimentation, async collaboration, and measurable impact - we’d love to connect.
👉 Apply here: https://tally.so/r/w2MpRj

Let’s build something useful - fast.

Hey, this sounds super cool love the whole 90-day build cycle idea. Fast, focused, and ROI-driven that’s how real growth happens

I actually help founders and small teams get noticed on Reddit by connecting them with the right communities not through ads, but genuine conversations that attract early users, testers, and collaborators

If you’re open, I can drop a few subreddit ideas or angles that could help Pulse Core get more visibility and attract the kind of talent you’re looking for. This project really has potential

Really like this direction — fast cycles, async, measurable impact 👏
I’m part of Cognimuse, where we’ve been helping teams build and integrate AI tools in quick sprints (end-to-end).
The AI Integrator / Data Engineering angle sounds like a great match — would love to sync up.

This sounds like an incredible project love the 90-day ROI-first build cycle approach 👏

As a Reddit marketing strategist, I’ve helped AI and SaaS startups build traction by positioning their products inside targeted Reddit communities turning organic discussions into consistent visibility, leads, and user trust without paid ads.

Given your focus on PulsePlay SAFE and rapid testing, I can help design Reddit micro-campaigns that validate ideas fast, gather real feedback, and drive high-intent engagement from data-driven users.

Would love to collaborate and help PulseCore amplify its reach across relevant tech and AI circles 🚀

Finding a good growth hacker is key. While testing TikTok/Telegram is great for broad appeal, for B2B AI tools, a direct outreach approach can work wonders. Building a small, hyper-targeted list of companies based on their tech stack or recent funding and sending personalized cold emails can get you immediate feedback and first users. Your often looking at much higher conversion than 15% with the right message.

Happy to share some more thoughts on this :)

Really like your ROI-first approach fast, clean, and focused on measurable outcomes. I’ve worked with several AI and data-driven startups helping them validate early growth ideas, attract real user traction, and test creative angles across Reddit, TikTok, and niche online communities

Many founders struggle not with product quality, but with visibility and user psychology that’s where I come in. I specialize in community-based growth strategies that convert curiosity into engagement and sales

If you’re open, I’d love to share some quick strategies that could amplify PulseCore’s visibility and attract collaborators naturally

Love your take on community-based growth — that line about turning curiosity into engagement really hit.
We’ve been experimenting with a similar “visibility-first” approach at Cognimuse, especially through founder-led storytelling.
Would actually love to hear one or two of your favorite tactics that have worked best on Reddit or niche spaces.

Really like your approach with the 90-day cycles smart model. I handle PR placements (USA Today, Yahoo, Digital Trends) that can help position PulseCore as a serious AI player once you’re ready to scale visibility.

    1. 1

The 90-day model has been great for focus and accountability.
PR’s definitely something we’ve been thinking more about lately, especially in the AI tools space.
Would love to learn how early-stage teams can best use placements to build credibility — feel free to DM me some examples.

      1. 1

Love that you’re thinking in that direction PR done right can really accelerate credibility in the AI space.
if you’d like, drop your email and I can send over a few early-stage examples and what kind of traction they saw from features like USA Today or Digital Trends.

This sounds like a brilliant setup, love the 90-day build cycle focus and the async, ROI-driven approach.

We’re building Simplita.ai, a visual AI & SaaS app builder that lets teams design, automate, and launch full-stack AI tools while fully owning their code. It’s built for exactly this kind of rapid prototyping and iterative build environment you’re running with PulseCore.

Instead of juggling multiple frameworks, Simplita helps ship agent modules visually, connect APIs fast, and export clean, production-ready code perfect for MVPs or short sprint experiments.

We’re launching on Nov 18 , and the waitlist is open at https://simplita.ai
would love to explore how Simplita could streamline part of your upcoming AI module builds.

    1. 1

      Wow, this looks genuinely impressive.
I love the idea of a visual AI builder that actually lets teams own their code — that’s rare and really smart.
At Cognimuse, we’ve been working on similar fast-build environments for founders, so this instantly clicked.
Definitely joining the waitlist — excited to see Simplita in action and explore how we might build something together once you’re live.

Also by any chance are u tamil?
