Hey, IndieHackers community!
I am Ian, the CEO + CTO of EZCoordinator - https://www.ezcoordinator.com/.
EZCoordinator is the simplest (as most of our current customers say) real estate management software out there, designed specifically for real estate (RE) agents, transaction coordinators and brokers in the US. It helps the users manage their clients, properties, and transactions all in one easy-to-use platform.
For additional contexts:
(i) The business has been around since 2012, and we acquired the business in early 2021.
(ii) Now, we have upgraded it to version 2.0 with the primary goal of double-downing our focus on simplicity and multitasking experience. Customers can now work on more than 10 transactions in one go by providing them with an "in-app" multi-tab experience.
(iii) Monthly churn rate was under 7% on average in 2022.
(iv) Currently, we are heavily focusing on cold emails.
(v) We are bootstrapping the business. Therefore, we are cautious with the money spent on growth.
(vi) EZ's FB community page has over 7K followers.
We've designed EZCoordinator to be the easiest and most intuitive real estate management software on the market. It's perfect for solo agents or small teams who want to streamline their business and save time.
We have just re-launched the EZ v2.0 and would love to get your feedback on how to grow it pragmatically in terms of revenue:
(i) what would you choose between product-led, sales-led, or community-led? Or even a combination of each of them? Could you explain why?
(ii) do you think reaching out the real estate-related influencers on Twitter would work to boost the growth?
(iii) what would be the most effective marketing channels for re-launching EZ v2.0?
(iv) has anyone tried LinkedIn as the main marketing channel for a B2B SaaS business with a size like EZCoordinator? what were your biggest lessons-learned?
Thanks for checking out EZCoordinator! and Looking forward to getting feedback from you!
