Looking for Growth & Marketing Partner

I have been running my real estate business on the side for about a year but now it's finally finding traction. Also, I have finally figured out how to transform the brick and mortar real estate brokerage into an online business. Now I am focused on the business 100% but I am finding that my marketing skills are non-existent.
Ideally, my partner would have experience in developing a marketing & growth strategy from scratch. Understanding of the following buzz words is a plus:
