Looking for honest feedback about whether sales reps would use our product

Hey - we've released another version of our app focused on sales. We give you a list of all the visitors online on your website, and let you call them / ask to speak with them live directly on your website (we can open a voice or video chat). You can see how it works by visiting sales.meettalkative.com (I am on the other end waiting to speak with you!)

The key questions we are trying to understand are:

  1. Do reps want to be able to contact users on their websites immediately?
  2. How much filtering / qualification do you need to know who to talk to?
  3. Does this freak out the customer on the other side?

I would pay for this tool in a heartbeat IF I can get "Qualified" prospects on the call. But that is the hard part. How do you qualify them before they are connected to me ? Is there a criteria that can be configured/customized ? Happy to chat more about this as I am always interested in good sales tools for our business.

These are great questions! We haven't built the qualification piece, but have a few different ideas for how to make this work. Will reach out directly!

space is ultrahot, your product seems to be an intersection of... what? email tracking + website chat + fingerprinting (btw legally borderline in EU), too broad, landing page though gorgeous desigN!

I agree with all of this feedback! The landing page is really slick. The one thing I'd add to this, is that on your own site, it doesn't seem like you're using your own product (instead using Drift). I feel like you may get a lot of false negatives on usage as a result, because it seems like a bit of a red flag--even if your product is really slick and very useful to Sales teams.

Hey Yash - thanks for your feedback? What do you mean by false negatives?

Sorry for the confusion--for starters, it looks like your pop-up modal showed up this time for your own product. Previously, when I went to the site (and added this comment), the only way to engage with you (as a prospect) was through Drift--so I was thinking that if a qualified lead came to your page and had the same experience as me, they'd think that you aren't even using your own product and might choose to not move forward with learning more. This "negative" isn't necessarily because they're not a good lead or prospect of yours, but because they didn't have a chance to build trust in your product because they don't see it in action.

That said, I see the pop-up modal now, so maybe my feedback there is a little irrelevant?

            Makes complete sense- thank you!

Yeah, this is really helpful feedback! We've just pivoted into this space and are trying to figure out what is interesting / novel, but so far i don't think we've really hit anything special. Happy to build anything though!
