I'm looking for an investor for an app and website like mercari and letgo, I have developers ready and the app will be like mercari/letgo but more around live streaming and videos.

First-timer question - so when I say 'I have a team ready to produce, but it is an independent team I have to make a separate agreement with', that is allowed?
