Looking for javascript developers/founders for a B2B project.

I am Mehmet from Turkey. I am a mechanical engineer but I worked as a consultant in the FX/CFD industry.

I am looking for javascript/typescript developers to partner for a project. I am not an expert yet.

The idea is building a B2B platform for companies/individuals who are willing to share confidential information for possible partnerships by signing NDAs.
The application process can be like LinkedIn job applications. The IDs can be verified via Stripe Payments. The contracts can be signed by using hello sign APIs.
