What will this community do that LinkedIn doesn't?
Niche down, LinkedIn is primarily for networking. Salesrepo is more for sharing your sales resources with others. It’s probably most useful for BDR’s / solo entrepreneurs.
I’m basically going to fill it with email templates, call scripts, how to guides etc. targeting long tail search keywords. For example “cold email template for real estate marketing agency” and draw in traffic from sales pros who hopefully will contribute their own resources to the platform.
Once traffic builds I can monetise through partnerships with data providers and maybe even build out a sales copy tool using gpt3 that plugs into gmail.
Cool. Seems like you 100% could build this without a dev. Use a no code community builder or just build and release the resources on Gumroad to test it.
Sorry, I should have clarified, I'm a fullstack dev so I'm looking to partner up more to share the workload and bounce ideas around.

Reading through the comments I understand you are a dev by yourself. My initial though was you where a non-technical founder with experience in sales/marketing, looking to partner up with a dev.
Would be curious how you plan as two devs to market this to sales people?
The way I see it, devs can be marketers too. In fact, I would say it's preferable that devs play a role in the marketing process. Strategies like programatic SEO are best left to those with the technical knowledge to execute imo.
The reason I want another dev on board is because I want to build and ship fast, the sooner content is indexed the sooner organic growth starts happening.
I have worked in sales before and know the pain points pretty well. Marketing through content shared through the usual channels reddit, twitter etc. should be enough to get the first 100 users and validate.
