Looking for marketer to increase mobile app downloads

Hello everyone,

A friend of mine (A machine learning engineer from ETH Zurich) created an app called Nurs (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/nurs/id1632235858). The app helps people fight social media addiction.
However, he’s coming with a purely technical background. Thus, he’s looking for a marketing rockstar who can quickly increase the downloads of his app. He’s willing to share revenues from the new downloads. He might also consider having this person as cofounder.
