Looking for marketing cofounder

Hi there -

A while ago I started developing a SaaS application with out any real understanding of marketing or how to get any sort of waiting list started. Now I have a boilerplate SaaS application that is working but doesn't have any users. It's like building a house but not having anyone move in. The big question is, does the application solve a problem that someone would be willing to pay for (or at least give it a try).

At this point it does have some basic features but I'm not sure if someone would be willing to try it. The idea lacks creativity and there is a lot of other apps that do the same thing but better. Honestly the idea or concept of the app could be changed pretty easily. While the same SaaS structure could remain in place.

I'm posting here today looking for a co-founder to help with the some of the info described above. I'd like to have some one come in with experience in sales/marketing and startups. Moreover to contribute to the application by helping with what direction we should take to get this off the ground.
