Looking for Marketing / Growth (Contract with co-founder possibility)

Hi IH!

I have been working on Welcome Aboard and we're looking for a Growth Marketer to join our team. The right person will have a passion for early stage startups, cares about diversity in tech, and has hands-on experience with growing a platform.

We're looking for someone that can :
. Execute growth marketing initiatives to drive traffic
. Manage Website content / SEO
. Work closely with graphic and video production resources to create authentic content in the form short form video, audio to engage audience
. Create, Manage a community of diverse job seekers

This is a remote part-time position. If you have already a full-time job you can also view this as a side project with a lead role as a start.
