Looking for marketing person for real estate SaaS

Myself and a partner created a tool for real estate investors to analyze properties. Started as paper analyses, moved to Excel, and then finally made it web-based and decided to put it out there to see if others would pay for it. We did this after paying for multiple products that claimed to do the same thing, but were complex, with unnecessary features, and overall were not great. We have a handful of users but have not really been pushing this too hard aside from running some Google ads, and recently starting YouTube ads.

We are looking for someone that can help us put together a cohesive strategy for acquiring some customers so that we can tweak/iterate and then gain more and more customers.
