Looking for marketing/sales guy/girl to share profits

I think it's rather an affiliate at this point. It's still for the consideration to get someone as a co-founder, but that could be agreed only in strong form of collaboration and responsibility, including costs sharing for the marketing/sales efforts.

I don't want someone to think that 30% from sales is with me covering marketing efforts costs and the value that brings co-founder is his/her knowledge. This seems a bit too much. Although, it depends on the knowledge and previous success in this space by a candidate, if there would be such.

I don't want this to sound cruel, but there is a common sense in the responsibility, investments, work done and share of the profits.

For getting things done and start moving smooth, I wouldn't be greedy to supply the collaboration with the technology and share appropriately with the respect to each other work.
