Looking for Media Buyers

Hello IndieHackers! I'm looking for a sharp online marketer that could help me start an affiliate marketing operation. I already have experience with
e-commerce and SEO, but not too much with media buying, which is why I'm looking for someone. You will be provided with a budget to spend (~ around 500 to 1000 USD initially).

Anyone that can help? What kind of experience did you have with media buying?
