Hi, I'm the co-founder of https://www.oneuponedown.org/. We're a platform for matching women mentors and mentees together. We're currently focusing women in business and tech. Mentor matches last just 3 months. Matches are made based on the specific areas of professional and/or personal development the mentee is looking for, e.g. biz dev, marketing, leadership, communication, confidence.
Our next matching batch takes place on 15th March. We're especially looking for women who are willing to be mentors - you can sign up to be a mentee and/or mentor.

Usually, the mentor and the mentee have an internal connection inside the company in which their relationship is highly based upon accomplishing the desires of the organization.
The mentor has to make sure that he is energetic and organized to offer any help that his mentee wishes at any point in time. It is quite presumable that the mentors at present also had their mentors to guide them once, thus, it’s a sequence for ‘passing on’ good exercise so that the benefits can be widely spread.
