Looking for mobile dev w/full-stack chops interested in behavior change/mindfulness

I'm currently working on an app that's nearing launch, and I'd love to find a developer who's passionate about the space to work with me. I've used both dev shops (bad experience) and contractors (good experience), and I'm interested in a contract-to-cofounder or first employee arrangement.
